Our ranch offers a wide selection of Grass Fed cuts of meat through our
popular Meat CSA. Our Heritage breeds of beef, lamb, pork and chickens are
pastured on over 400 acres of organically fertilized lush native grass stands in
Upstate NY. Using FedEx your meat is shipped frozen in insulated boxes (with gel
packs if needed) to your door! At present, we offer CSA membership to people
living in the following states: NY, NJ, VT, NH, PA, MA, RI, DE, CT, MD, VA, WV,
OH and the District of Columbia.
Grass fed meats are higher in cancer
fighting CLA's and are also lower in calories than there grain fed counterparts.
We are a local family run ranch that is committed sustainable agriculture. Thank
