Our members pay a fee upfront and receive a weekly basket/share containing a
variety of produce from May to October (20 weeks). The products may change
weekly. Pick ups are scheduled in Lexington, Georgetown and Frankfort,
Kentucky.
All of our meats are available in several flexible ways.
You can
purchase a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly share in 10 lb increments. (Beef, Pork,
Chicken or Mixed)
You can purchase select cuts as needed.
You can purchase
whole, half or quarters of beef and pork.
Our cattle are raised and
finished completely on pasture with no antibiotics, steriods or growth hormones.
Our pigs are raised on trimmings from our gardens and are supplemented with
organic grains. They are never given animal by-products or antibiotics.
Our
chickens are free ranged on pasture. Our broilers average 5 - 6 lbs. and are
sold whole. Our happy hens produce the most delicious eggs!
