A CSA is a means of creating connections between farmers and consumers. CSA
members agree to provide financial support at the beginning of the growing
season when the farmer needs capital in order to get the crops planted, and in
return each member receives a share of fresh vegetables every week throughout
the season.
In the summer we grow beets, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage,
carrots, chile, eggplant, green beans, herbs, onion, salad greens, peas,
tomatoes, spinach, strawberries, raspberries and more. In the winter we grow
salad greens, arugula, chard, radishes, potatoes, garlic, and winter squash.
