Luna Bleu is one of the longest established CSA farms in Vermont. Vegetable
production is the dominant activity but livestock plays an important role. The
farmers work with the patterns of nature and interplay between plants and
animals to create a dynamic farming system. Vegetables are the mainstay of the
CSA but members also have options to purchase, beef, pork, eggs, chicken,
turkey, garlic braids, balsam wreaths and beeswax candles (last three items
available by mailorder in season). Products are also available at local farmer's
markets, coops and resturants. Farm based educational programs are another
aspect of Luna Bleu.
