Our mission is to produce organic food as our way for caring for ourselves, each
other, and Earth: continuing in the tradition of CSA's yet blazing the trail for
our community. We are located in Lafayette, La.
EarthShare Gardens will: •
Establish organic community gardens • Foster Community Supported Agriculture
(CSA) projects • Educate people about organic and permaculture gardening
methods, nutrition, community-building, and sustainable agriculture. •
Incorporate social justice, food equity, and a living wage for farmers and farm
workers into our work.
