Cosmic Apple Gardens in Victor Idaho is a certified Biodynamic/Organic Farm. We
grow vegetables, flowers and herbs for our 200 member CSA. Members recieve fresh
vegetables, flowers and herbs once a week for 16 weeks (June to October). It is
the freshest most flavorful produce around. We deliver to pick-up points in
Victor, ID; Wilson and Jackson, WY.
Because we are Biodynamic the only thing we
add to our soil is rich compost made by our cows, pigs and chickens. When
animals are butchered the meat is available for our members to purchase. In an
ongoing effort to make the farm self-sustaining we grow most of our own animal
feed.
