Midwest Avian Adoption & Rescue Services, Inc. (MAARS) is a non-profit,
volunteer, public resource dedicated to promoting the proper care of companion
birds and the conservation of wild parrots in their natural habitats. We provide
pet bird adoption, sanctuary, rescue, foster care, and owner education services
for parrots and other companion birds. We are based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul
area of Minnesota and serve the Midwest in cooperation with other organizations
around the United States.
