Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue (MABCR) is a haven for Border Collies that
have been discarded, neglected, abandoned, or have been strays. Our goal is to
help dogs that have been overlooked, misunderstood, or whose lives are in
jeopardy in shelters.
In addition to rescue, MABCR's primary emphasis is to
educate and support those who may either have a Border Collie or are considering
