FLOC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity whose mission is to promote the
protection and well-being of all companion animals in Western New York through
community interaction and outreach. The Keep Each and Every Pet (KEEP) seminars
provide practical information to potential and current pet owners to help them
adopt responsibly, keep all their pets regardless of circumstances, and plan for
the life-long care of their companion animals. The KEEP seminars include: Commit
to KEEP; Keep Each and Every Pet (KEEP); KEEP After, and KEEP for Kids.
Descriptions of the seminars are available on the website. The seminars are
offered free of charge through local Community/Continuing Education programs,
Afterschool programs, community groups and settings, and also privately arranged
for groups of five or more individuals.
