In 2006, the Calgary Wildlife Rehabiliation Society received 2500
wildlife-related calls from concerned citizens in the Calgary area. We
received/treated over 1500 animals Many of the calls CWRS receives are
regarding issues or situations than can be easily resolved with a little advice
from a wildlife expert. Often times, the animal in question is not in any
danger and does not need our help.
The Calgary Wildlife Rebabilitation
Society cannot exist without your help. We receive no government funding and
rely solely on donations from corporations, foundations, and individuals from
the community to fund our important work.
