Animal Coalition of Tampa is a non-profit organization that helps pets stay with
economically disadvantage owners. ACT provides low-cost spay and neuters,
vaccines, heartworm testing and prevention.
ACT is working to keep as many
animals out of shelters, and helping them to stay with their owners.
