Join us for over 350 weekly classes at 4 convenient locations. We offer classes
for the beginning student as well as advanced classes & Teacher Training for
more advanced practitioners. All instructors are certified, registered yoga
teachers. Beginners Series start at the beginning of each month for Hatha,
Ashtanga, and Kundalini yoga. Classes held on the weekend to suit even the
busiest schedule.
Learn to teach Yoga! Yoga Yoga hosts a nationally
recognized Teacher Training program. Corporate Yoga Programs for your office are
also available.
