Nicole Corona is a Rolfer Certified by the Rolf Institute of Structural
Integration. The Rolf Method is like deep tissue massage, physical therapy and
chiropractics combined. It improves the quality of posture, movement and
balance.
What can you expect?
An initial series of Rolfing usually
consists of about 10 sessions, each lasting 60-90 minutes and generally spaced
1-2 weeks apart. Under Nikki's skillful eye and touch each session builds on
the results of the previous ones.
