Hwa and his Tai Chi Farm. These are NOT adult-ed or community center styled
classes; these are traditional classes that focus on Daoist / Taoist philosophy
and energy development techniques as the foundation of tai chi chuan, from the
mundane to the esoteric. These classes exercise your MIND as much as you BODY -
a very holistic approach indeed! Martial theory explored, with much energy
