The Lotus Garden Meditation Center welcomes you into a tranquil
world amidst
waterfalls, lush trees, koi ponds and lotus gardens. A serene and peaceful
atmosphere awaits. Our classes and programs will provide you the tools to
improve the quality of your life. Lotus Garden Meditation Center is a non-profit
organization offering free meditation classes throughout the week, yoga,
pre-natal and children's yoga, t'ai chi and chi kung classes. We also offer
one-day retreats at out center in Carmichael, CA and three-day, mountain
retreats near Napa, CA.
