As both a social worker and registered nurse for over 25 years in the medical
field, I have practiced holistic healthcare. Besides working with children and
adults as a health coach and therapeutic ally, I also do group presentations on
stress and weight management for businesses, schools, and senior groups. I
strive to make each person an active participant in their wellness process,
while addressing their individual needs and lifestyle. I provide an array of
different modalities to meet a person's needs to attain and maintain health. In
addition to the specific training in acupressure, sound therapy, meditation,
relaxation techniques, and nutrition, I am a certified holistic nurse, certified
diabetes educator, Shapedown instructor for childhood obesity, and Reiki
master.
