The goal of of our work is to enhance your self-reliance and your ability to
enjoy life. This is accomplished in an atmosphere of mutual acceptance,trust
and respect. I have been in private practice for 17 years and use a
psychodynamic/cognitive behavioral approach. Utilize additional therapeutic
tools (if appropriate to the client), such as cognitive behavioral therapy,
Hypnosis, EMDR, Thought Field Therapy (Energy Psychology) or Brain Spotting.
Anxiety, depression and relationship problems in moderation in life are
tolerable. But if your life is mostly about regret, resentment, dread,
despair,and you have lost joy,spontaneity and self-acceptance then counseling
may help restore your natural balance and improve your life. The mind and body
can be in perfect harmony.
