The mind has been shown to be crucially important in promoting and maintaining
good health. Emotions can be the cause of physical illness and physical illness
can cause emotional problems, such as stress and depression. This is the
body/mind connection at work. Karen works with body, mind and spirit to bring
all three into alignment, helping you to experience transformational healing and
self awareness.
Karen will develop an individual plan, tailored to meet your
personal needs in a timely manner. She uses a multi dimensional approach which
includes counseling, coaching and hypnotherapy to change negative beliefs,
