I am a Personal Chef and Nutrition Coach who both cooks for, and teaches
clients, to eat a Traditional Human Diet based on grass fed meats, meat broths,
organic vegetables and fruits. I cook gluten, lactose and soy free. I offer
Personal Chef Services, Nutrition Coaching, Cooking and Nutrition Classes,
Seminars on Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching. I make and sell a line of Gluten,
lactose and soy free desserts, fresh coconut milk yogurt, Kombucha tea,
