Mountain Trek is a weight loss retreat or fitness boot camp
located at various resorts and health spas. In the winter, Mountain Trek's
program is hosted at Rancho La Peurta in Baja California. During the summer,
the program's home is located in the mountains of beautiful british Columbia,
Canada.
The weight loss program for men and women are hiking centric
with yoga in the mornings and weight training or other educational activities in
the evenings. During the daylight you spend a lot of time outside in the
incredible beauty hiking miles through forests and medows to streams and
lookouts that give inspiring views.
