My name is Paula and I created Metaphysical Fitness as a business some years ago to
combine my passions for healthy living, esoteric studies, and community service. I became
an aerobics instructor and personal trainer in the early ‘90’s and just loved helping
people achieve their health and fitness goals. Not very far into it I realized there was
so much more going on than motivating people to exercise and eat better. I started looking
deeper into my clients to try to figure out why something that appeared to be so simple
like eating less toxic foods was indeed traumatic and terribly challenging for some,
usually the ones who needed a change the most.
