The Body Soul & Spirit is Canada's premier Holistic Lifestyle Expo, and
showcases products services and resources that foster the individual quest for
wholeness & self-understanding, and featuring a diverse range of participants
from major industry manufactures, to smaller groups, organizations, and
individuals.
Those attending can explore, experience and interact with over
200 different categories of products ranging from aromatherapy to yoga props and
aids, to trying a healing arts session ranging from Hawaiian Healing, Reiki, or

wanting to learn more, on-going lecture by international and local experts,
