Dr. Louis Vastola has developed his system of the Seven Pillars of Wellness,
which leads to total well-being - mind, body and spirit. Dr Vastola began a
family practice in 1979, soon he was convinced we needed to do more to remain
healthy. He began to study alternative medicine and gained extensive education
in the fields of integrative medicine functional medicine and spirituality.
Dr. Vastola’s Seven Pillars of Wellness: emotional, spiritual, nutritional,
hormonal, structural, toxic and electromagnetic are all part of a program
designed to help you return to health.
We are exposed to multiple sources of
toxicity today that were not here 100 years ago. Unless we are finding ways to
reduce, remove, and repair the damage to our bodies from them we will develop
chronic illnesses.
