Dr. Shayne's practice philosophy..WELLNESS EDUCATION IN MOTION, simply defined
is the opposite of one-size-fits-all. With a non-judgmental manner respecting
each patient's personal values she aids every patient on their individualized
journey to restore cellular health and improve quality of life. As a facilitator
for wellness she coaches patients to focus on health promotion by assessing
needs, deciding on wellness goals and planning strategy to meet those goals.
Areas of innovative and progressive holistic instruction include (but not
limited to) diet/nutrition, detoxification, stress management, positive
relationships and environmental awareness. Patients discover how to promote a
greater level of calm, productivity and joy in their lives.
