As a practitioner of complementary
therapies, I offer an integrated holistic approach to health, combining
Kinesiology, Reiki and Healing. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental and
intuitive way of empowering you, in a relaxed environment of trust and support.
Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive holistic therapy using muscle testing to
identify and release imbalances held in the body. Kinesiology is a Western
approach to acupuncture, using muscle response to identify and release energy
blockages. Optimum Health Balance Kinesiology integrates anatomy and
physiology, nutrition, emotional wellbeing and energy work with the meridians
and chakras. I offer introductory kinesiology training for those who want to
empower themselves and improve their own health.
Healing is a powerful energy
treatment to help you relax and let go of stress. Healing is a complementary
therapy used to treat fatigue, emotional issues and life focus.
