We are a non-profit Legal Defense Fund which provides legal counsel to farmers
and consumers in need. We promote our vision: Sustainable farming and direct
farm-to-consumer transactions. We are concerned with the consumer's right to
consume non-toxic products directly from the farm; Protecting farms from the
threats of the National Animal Identification System (NAIS); The increasing
consolidation of our food supply into the hands of a few large, multinational
corporations who squander resources to ship foods from as far away as China; and
the infiltration of genetically modified plants and animals in our food suppli
