Eco Learning Foundation, Inc. (ELF) is a non-profit (501c3) that advances social, economic, environmental and agricultural sustainability through community-based education and development. ELF identifies endemic issues threatening North Carolina’s communities and unites its members to develop innovative and self-evolving solutions. Empowering people to be students, teachers and managers of community efforts is the foundation of our strategy.
