Transitioning To Organic Farming Workshop
Sunday, April 26, 2009 12:30 to 5pm,
NHERC, Honoka’a
The program will show how to transition your farm to organic
methods for organic certification. Fertility principles, pest and sanitation
controls, identifying organic control points for basic on-farm processing,
creating an organic system plan, record keeping requirements, and preparation
for the inspection process. $35 members,$50 non-members
