combine both lecture and hands-on activities. Participants receive instruction
on growing different gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. You will become familiar
with different inoculation techniques using a wide range of growing substrates
including natural log cultivation, growing on stumps, straw, paper, and organic
waste like banana peels, and coffee grounds. You will also learn how to grow
mushrooms in the garden along with all your vegetables.
