Farmer to Fork concept: The Weeping Radish is a 14 acre bio dynamic farm,
vegetables are sold at local Farmers Markets, through CSA and retail on premise.
The butchery and smoke house is operated by a fully qualified German Master
Butcher. Products include hot dogs, brats, apple brats, beer brats, bacon,
pastrami etc. We also create these products for local farms, so that they can
sell value added products in their local CSA's or Farmers Markets. The brewery
offers an array of natural high quality lager beers. the retail barn has a
sampling station, a retail counter and a beer garden. We offer tours with
haybale rides through the farm. The operation is fully integrated, grain from
the brewery and food waste is composted as fertilizer. Water is re-used, energy
in the brewery is captured through heat exchangers. Every product is identified
by farm of origin.
