At Mill Pond, we make traditional European-style breads from scratch, using
fresh, mostly organic, local ingredients. We purchase from local producers, most
of whom are found with us at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market. By supporting local
farmers and food producers, some of whom we barter with, we are a true local
bakery.
