Green builder specializing in insulated concrete construction including (ICF) insulated concrete forms, and (AAC) aerated autoclaved concrete which provides ultra high energy efficiency. Hydronic radiant floor heating is combined with solar water heating systems to provide a comfortable environment and low utility bills. Decorative concrete work including stained floors, and concrete counter tops are common elements in our homes. We design small foot print houses to minimize land disturbance, and utilize selective tree removal to preserve as much of the eco-system as possible. The trees and brush we do remove are ground up on site and used for erosion control and or landscaping. We also grind up our wood debris and drywall and separate out any other recycle-able materials to minimize our waste. We incorporate rain water harvesting and drought tolerant plantings as much as possible. We also use low flow water fixtures, and high efficiency appliances and air conditioning units.
