Martin Livingston has been building new homes since 1983. He started out in
Seattle, Washington where he worked for an architect building town homes on the
hillsides overlooking Lake Union. In the early 1990's, he started building in
the Hollywood Hills.
Throughout his career, he has specialized in complex,
hillside construction. Now operating as Livingston Homes Inc., he continues
hillside construction in Los Angeles.
He has always been interested in
environmentally friendly homes, creating low toxicity environments for their
occupants.
