Chez Chevaux is the sole Washington State 501C-3 nonprofit rescue organization
devoted solely to thoroughbred horse rescue. Priority is given to failed and
ex-race horses. While a large part of our mission involves retraining those
that are physically capable for suitable second careers in order to better
facilitate their adoptions into permanent and appropriate homes, we also work to
procure placements for those that are that in need of sanctuary and are best
suited to being a companion animal/pasture pet.
