Home For Life® provides a healthy, clean environment suitable to its residents'
behavioral and social needs. The sanctuary
currently cares for about 45 dogs
and 130 cats. The animals are not confined to cages, but rather, are given
freedom to interact
with one another. Terminally ill animals with contagious
diseases are isolated from healthy cats and dogs but are kept in
comfortable
and spacious accomodations to ensure quality of life for whatever time they have
remaining. The animals, both cats
and dogs, are housed in indoor quarters, but
also have outdoor runs, which they can use at wil
