We use fresh mozzarella, locally farmed organic tomatoes, flavorful organic
crust, humanely raised local meats, and vegetables without bar codes. The
revolutionary idea of eating locally grown foods is really not new; a century
ago it was known as "dinner". Working closely with over 16 different local
farmers and producers, our chefs use the freshest, purest, tastiest foods grown
nearby to prepare meals from scratch with your health and enjoyment in mind. We
make our own marinara from local organic ingredients: Roma tomatoes, onions,
garlic and basil. We also make our own fresh mozzarella and ricotta from our
local Snowville Creamery dairy twenty minutes from here. Our gelato (Italian ice
cream) has vibrant and intense flavors because there is less air and no fillers.
