Adam’s Sustainable Table is a casual and family friendly restaurant in Eugene
Oregon.
The Seasonal Menu includes all natural, antibiotic and hormone free
dairy, beef and poultry. Local organic foods come from farms, ranches, and mills
located primarily from within a 75 miles radius, most within a 25 mile radius.
It is one of only 25 restaurants in the US to earn a Three Star Certified Green
Restaurant from the national nonprofit Green Restaurant Association.
