ALL of our FOOD is 100% certified organic and the fish is always wild caught. It
is prepared with the greatest intent by very talented and, more importantly,
very nice people. You can look right into our kitchen—nothing fancy but always
clean and busy. You'll see vegetables and fruits being chopped and everything
being prepared from scratch every morning. You'll see smoothies being made with
no ice, no water, no sugar, just 100% organic fruit. You'll see only veggies,
fish or fowl, never red meat. You'll see beans soaking properly for hours before
they are cooked. You'll see soups being made with reverse osmosis water, never
tap water. You'll see us cooking with the highest quality olive oil, never
canola, soy or hydrogenated oils. You'll never see an aluminum pot or pan back
