At the The Glass Onion we specialize in Southern/Lowcountry cusine using only
local, all-natural ingredients. We take pride in supporting our local fishermen
and farmers by sourcing as many local, sustainable ingredients as we can
possibly get. Our seasonal menu changes daily according to what is available
now in and around the Charleston area. We offer a "green" winelist that
features only organic/biodynamic wines. We've created a lively, casual
atmosphere in which we celebrate the rich and varied bounty of our beautiful
region.
