At Savory Maine we celebrate the bounty available from the fields, farms and
forests of Maine and the surrounding ocean. Ninety percent of our ingredients
come from Maine, and 99% of them are organic, wild harvested or grass fed.
We are doing this to demonstrate just how well we can eat from our own back yard
and that we can do so in a sustainable fashion.
We are proud to support over
50 farmers, fishers, foragers and food producers from Maine.
In addition to
serving Organic Beer brewed in Maine by Peak Organic and Mead from Maine
wildflower honey made by Maine Mead works we offer a selection of wine from
around the world, all made from organically grown grapes.
