Holy Cow 's second enterprise is a full on restaurant with local beers and
kombucha on tap, and an expanded menu. Known for our vegetarian and vegan meals,
the restaurant now offers additional menu items that include Oregon Coast
line-caught fish (fish tacos and burritos), and pasture-raised local organic
chicken dishes (lemon chicken pita, chicken curry, arroz con pollo). Salad bar
with the freshest local organic veggies, rotating selection of daily soups, and
a potpourri of entrees from around the world. Our specialties include: The West
Coast's Best Falafel, our version of Pad Thai which merges with Eugene
sensibilities, & "Veggie Volcano" which showcases our mix of local and seasonal
veggies cooked to perfection and provided by our farmers nearby. We have baked
goods with both vegan and gluten free options,housemade chai and Big Pink tonic
to quench your thirst. Organic regional wines. We use the purest, most healthy
ingredients including oils, spices, and water. Affordable. Take out & dine in.
