Best Bar in Evergreen! Not only do we have great food and drink specials we
lessen our carbon footprint by recycling bottles, cardboard, paper, plastic,
metal, aluminum and oil. We use compostable togo containers. We participate in
an energy offset program through Xcel Energy. We compost all our food waste.
Lights are motion censored to reduce energy loss. Our kitchen uses all natural
beef from a local farmer, Anderson Beef. We try to use local farmers when in
season for vegetables. We have been recognized by several organizations
regarding our efforts. We received the bronze level award from the Colorado
Environmental Leadership Program October 2009. So come in and enjoy great food,
