Join Community Green for dinner to
remember! Chef, culinary educator and community activist, Trish Sebben-Krupka
and the Viking Culinary Center at Carl Schaedel & Co. are generously donating a
culinary class unlike any other! Trish has developed a seasonal menu of original
recipes demonstrating vegetarian and sustainable cuisine just for Community
Green.
The presentation will include a demonstration of each recipe; tips for
cooking seasonally, locally and healthfully; sourcing ingredients; menu planning
and culinary techniques for creating a delicious, sustainable dinner!
Guests
will also receive Gift Bags of Organic & Vegetarian items, and a packet with the
demonstrated recipes.
