Fresh and Natural Foods is a locally owned natural foods grocery store. We have
locally grassed raised beef, organic free ranged poultry and eggs, large
selection of fresh organic produce,organic and grassed fed dairy. We support our
local producers. We specialize in food for gluten free diets for autistics and
celiacs. We hold classes on a variety of subjects and support all local green
organizations. We have on staff a full time Nutriionist with a strong
background in the Natural Foods industry. We strive to provide a welcoming
environment to all people where ever they are in their change to a greener
lifestyle.
