I researched for NATURAL APPROACHES TO ADHD for over 11 years. As a result of
my personal search for answers for my own three sons, I have found many NATURAL
approaches that work!
I consult with families nationwide via the phone.
I also offer a workshop entitled, THE ADHD PUZZLE - Fitting the Pieces together.
It is designed to give parents choices for their children with ADHD.
I
highlight to parents the toxic load that we in our society are exposed to
today. There are several easy things families can do to lessen this load. One
area I haven't been able to address effectively was for moms who use makeup or
skincare that contains harsh ingredients. Well, I found a solution for that
too.
As a mom, I am willing to do whatever it takes to help my children but
in the past, I didn't always take the time to do the same for me. I like to
work with the whole family so when you as a mom get healthier, you have the
energy to do more for yourself and your family! A win-win!
