We are two childhood friends,Corrado Vannini and Michele Massimo, who were
born and raised in Florence Italy. We move to San Francisco California in 1994
and opened two Italian restaurant in the Bay Area. We want to provide our
coustumer with the best Pasta on the market, but they were far from the quality
we were use back home. At this point we deciced to make our Pasta using the
traditional Italian method ,with wholesome ingredients, our family’s recipie and
handcrafted just like in Italy. Our Pasta and Ravioli are made with certified
organic ingredients, and natural product,becouse we were not raised to used
preservatives or additives in our food.Once we were satisfied with the quality
of our Pasta, we served it at our restaurant and our coustumers noticed a
difference in taste and texture. From there we open Pasta Fiorentini, with the
desire to bring traditional, locally made Pastas to everyone
