I sell delicious baked goods using organic and natural ingredients. My
speciality product is a 100% stone ground whole wheat bread made from certified
organic wheat that we grow. I make a large variety of bakery items and jams. I
also make organic sprouted flours and stoneground flours making sure to process
them at low temperatures to maintain the nutritional integrity of the grains.
Come and see me at the MENTOR FARMERS'MARKET in Mentor, MN Saturday mornings
from 8-12.
I also sell electric and manual grain mills as well as mixers
and food dehydrators.
