Further, we allow the chef to specify the day when his or her ducklings will be harvested and shipped. We also develop value-added gourmet products, such as, Duck Ravioli, Gluten Free Duck Ravioli, 3 flavors of fully-cooked 100% Duck Bratwurst, 3 flavors of fully cooked gourmet Duck Breasts, Smoked Duck Breast, Duck Legs Confit, roasted Duck Halves, and a fully-cooked Roasted Peking Duck.
