Lambsquarters Grass-fed Lamb

We are a small, family-run farm that raises all natural grass-fed lamb, and our goal is to sell direct to customers. Our lambs are started on their mothers' milk as soon as they are born in late February or early March. As soon as the snow melts and the grass is around 6 inches tall we move them out to pasture where they will stay all summer and fall. The lambs are sold lightweight off the pasture during the summer and as fed lambs from November to April. We generally have lamb available most of the year.
