We raise our animals as naturally as possible. Our cattle eat 90% by weight
grass and local hay. The balance is a grain mixture of wheat, barley, silage
with a blend of vitamins and minerals. We use this method as opposed to salt or
mineral licks to introduce vitamins and minerals.
Pigs are fed mostly barley
and wheat plus whatever they forage on the land.
Goats and sheep eat hay and
grass.
We never cure our products and use low temperature smoking over hard
woods. We use no preservatives.
